1、 负责制定市场活动策划，推广策略，品牌建设策略，具有开放性思维和创新精神；

2、 熟悉互联网广告整合营销及网络推广相关流程；

3、 分析目标市场和竞争对手，熟练应用市场营销理论、方法和工具,策划有效的网络营销方案

4、 独立撰写各类方案、策划方案、并能直接面向客户进行提案

5、 管理市场策划团队，并对团队成员和相关部门的员工进行市场培训和指导，负责评估和激励团队成员的工作；

任职资格

1、 市场营销管理类或相关专业本科以上学历；

2、 具有广告媒体行业的从业背景，了解互联网工作流程，在职位任职五年以上，对该领域发展有深刻理解；

3、 具有品牌管理经验（Brand Marketing）, 了解渠道市场，有市场运作 （Trade Marketing ,Field Marketing or Marketing Operation）经验；

4、 高度自我激励，并具备成功管理和领导团队经验；

5、 优秀的沟通能力和数据分析能力，能够和公司内部其他同事有效协调、沟通；

6、 富有活力和激情，为人开朗热情；

7、 良好的口头和书面表达能力。
