Purpose of position职位目标:

To assist Logistics Supervisor to cope with relevant import and export related issues of the whole company. To be a window to customs, commodity inspection bureau and all foreign trade related government organization.

协助物流主管处理公司进出口相关事务。作为联系客户、商品检验局和外贸组织等相关政府机关的窗口。

Responsibilities职责:

1、Apply for duty free certificate for equipment & components;

为设备及零部件提供免税证明；

2、Contact with the forwarder to ensure a proper delivery and arrival date;

联系货运公司以确保适当的交期和到货日期；

3、Responsible for quick customs declaration;

负责快速的通关申报工作；

4、Arrange inland transportation from air/sea port to the warehouse;

安排国内至仓库的空运/海运运输事宜；

5、Arrange export and temporary process for the material purchased inland, exporting to overseas

and importing after assembly;

安排出口及临时性的国内物料采购事宜，以及出口海外和装配之后进口事宜；

6、Arrange all import and export documents concerned for the reference of Purchasing, Sales and Finance, etc;

负责所有与采购、销售和财务相关的进出口文档管理工作；

7、Other tasks assigned by Logistics Supervisor.

物流主管分配的其他工作。

Job Requirements要求:

1、College diploma or above;

大专学历及以上；

2、Minimum 1-year relevant experience in Import & Export and manufacturing industry;

至少2年制造行业进出口相关工作经验；

3、Familiar with the procedures of the international trade and customs;

熟悉国际贸易及海关；

4、Good command of English in both Spoken and Written;

优秀的英语听说读写能力；

5、Able to work under pressure;

能够承担工作压力；

6、Sound computer skills in MS-Office.

良好的电脑技能，会使用办公自动化软件。
