职位：客户服务专员
Job Description:
- Customer service and coordination of requirements of existing customers
- Supply best service to all clients, including tracing shipments, operating shipments, helping clients solve problems, coordinating relation between all parties;
- Handle shipments under door to door service independently;
- Reply overseas inquiry for any shipment tracing;

Requirements:
-Excellent English or German: speaking, listening and writing
-Good interpersonal and communication skills
-Good organizational and follow-up skills
-Good initiative and team work, well organized under pressure
-Computer literate (e.g. Microsoft Office, Excel, power point etc)
-formal dress

岗位职责
- 普通工作人员职位。
- 了解客户需求，对其提供一般咨询；
- 处理客户的订单，有海运空运进口操作经验者优先。
- 客户相关信息的录入管理，建立客户档案。
- 与海外公司联系，及时回复国外邮件并跟踪订单情况。
- 完成上级交给的其它事务性工作。

任职资格
- 优秀的语言表达能力和沟通能力，良好的英语或者德国听说写。
- 较强的应变能力，协调能力，能独立处理紧急问题。
- 良好的服务意识，耐心和责任心，工作积极主动。
- 良好的团队精神， 可以承受压力较大的工作。
- 着装规范，整洁。
