Job Description: Sales Manager
OVERVIEW:
The key responsibility of this China based position of Sales Manager, is to support Sales & Marketing activities of promoting our high volume PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) equipment used in the manufacturing of semiconductor applications for the LED-, MEMS, Power Electronics-, Optics- and Wireless Communication industries.
Duties and Responsibilities:
? Provide Sales Support to customers using Evatec’s equipment for the manufacturing requirements
? Owner of assigned customer account
? On behalf of Evatec to negotiate with customer both in technical and commercial related area to win order and later on provide support for customer payment collection when needed
? Initiate and execute Sales & Marketing activities with alignment with management and HQ people in Switzerland in promoting Evatec’s product and solution to customers in the field
? Prepare business plan of responsible market and achieve agreed business target
? Support trade show, event and build up relationship with customers
? Travel upon business needs to other region, will include international travel for training on Evatec’s products and processes
? Work both independently and in a team environment
? Act as a Liaison between Evatec’s customers and Evatec headquarters to ensure all concerns are addressed accurately and effectively for long term resolution
? Conduct business activities with discipline and integrity without tolerance Skills & Specifications:
? Sales experience of PVD (Sputter or Evaporator) equipment in MEMS / Power Device industry is preferred
? Excellent written and oral communication skills in Chinese and English language
? Be able to quickly adapt to new circumstances
? Good decision-making skills
? Good inter-person and communication skills
? Ability to prepare report in a structure way
? Ability to read and understand German is beneficial, but not required
Education and Background:
? Prefer applicant with bachelor degree or above in engineering, physics or material science
? Minimum of 5 years’ experiences in Sales related to PVD or other front-end semiconductor high vacuum thin film deposition equipment in Semiconductor, MEMS, Power Device,LED...etc high-tech industry
