Job Purpose

Achieving sales goals and objectives

Responsibilities:

1. Achieving company targets doing your duty;

2. Leading sales team to achieve sales targets;

3. Aggressively develop new customers while maintain good relationship with existing accounts to find the business opportunity;

4. Ensures the budgeted Revenue targets are met through effective planning and implementation

5. Withdrawal of overdue accounts receivable

6. Handling customers complaints and trouble shooting

7. Ability to grasp the market pulse, understand the competition thoroughly and position

8. Identify and develop the right sales channel for the market.

9. Managing the direct key accounts

10. Contract management and leadership of contract negotiations

11. Completing Sales reports on time

12. Preparing sales report monthly and yearly

13. Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications and Skill Profile:

1. Bachelor degree and above, major in packing and food preferred;

2. 8-year or above sales experience with at least 2-year in sales management; Knowledge in packing and food field will be preferred;

3. Excellent written/oral communication & presentation skills in both Mandarin and English;

4. Superb presentation and communication skills

5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

6. Ability to build strong relationships with customers. Create satisfied customers.

7. Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Self-motivated with can-do attitude.

8. Should be live in Shanghai and be ready to travel intensively in whole China

9. Excellent people and management skills for effective interaction at all levels.

10. Strong sales management skills and good understanding of contractual terms

11. Recognize and clearly define the problem and collaborate to reach a mutual solution

12. Responsibility and good team work

13. Strong stress resistance ability
