Principal Purpose of Job:
To provide day-to-day work direction to a team and ensure the delivery of superior customer service and the achievement of performance metrics as stipulated within client service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that Premier Service levels are achieved through detailed monitoring of team performance.
• Monitoring of Service Level agreements metrics and alert stake holders of performance.
• Responsible for data generating and consolidation for review meetings with Client (Quarterly/Annually).
• To conduct regular data audits to ensure integrity and assist clients requests in providing ad-hoc reports.
• Mentor to junior employees Coach and guide new employees for them to be competent in their role
• Oversee Global Scheduled Reporting Requirements.
• Undertake or assist in any other ad-hoc projects assigned periodically.

Education & Experience:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• At least 3-5 years' experience in expatriate mobility management
• Excellent communication skills, solutions-minded, team player and customer service oriented qualities are essential for this role
• Strong analytical skills
• Good Knowledge of the business processes and structures
• Proficient in MS Applications
