职位描述
The Account Manager is directly responsible for developing B2B businesses with UnionPay card issuers. The performance will be measured by his (her) achievement of sales targets, as well as sound relationship with clients, business and market development progresses.
One Account Manager needs to cover several banks, and also to develop and maintain relationship with UnionPay.
Key Responsibilities
Build up, enhance and manage the client relationships with UnionPay and banks. Develop and nurture relationship with key personnel at multiple levels.
Identify prospects/clients’ needs through consultative probing. Effectively influence and facilitate prospects from recognizing their needs to working out suitable solutions and to reaching deals.
Coordinate, generate and deliver Collinson responses to formal RFIs and RFPs.
Develop and execute Key Account Management plans. Identify additional revenue opportunities, cross sales or expansion of existing portfolios.
Carry out regular account reviews and be regarded as a trusted advisor by key decision makers at a variety of client facing levels.
Working on the day-to-day operational management of key accounts which includes deal implementations.
Prepare & ensure implementation toolkits are all up to date.
Anticipate, understand and respond to the challenges and issues that may impact the operations of key accounts.
Co-ordinate with both clients and internal working parties to secure commitment on service delivery and to achieve required SLA.
Provide assistance on producing and analysing account information, MI decks and reports, including Weekly Sales Pipeline report, Quarterly Executive Summary (internal), Quarterly Business Review deck, implementation documents and other items as required.
ESSENTIAL:
Over 3 years’ Account/ relationship management and sales experience, in China markets, gained within the financial services sector or similar sectors where bespoke services are offered to financial organisations.
Over 3 years’ Experience of China credit card business in one of the areas of product, benefits, marketing or operations.
Strong commercial awareness and solid understanding of competitive environments.
Experienced in contractual negotiations in China market.
Expert in presenting and building relationships with senior staff and directors in blue chip organisations.
High level of numeracy, computer literacy (MS Office).
Fluent in English, Chinese.
Optional location in city of Shanghai, Beijing and Shenzhen. China domestic travel required (about 30%); occasionally travel in Asia Pacific Region
