Accountability
The Global Quality Support is accountable to:
? Ensure that all documents are updated and published in a timely manner
? Communicate, support and cooperate globally in all quality area
Main Responsibilities
? Supply Global Supply Chain organization with method support for routines
? Develop, set, implement and update quality standards and requirements, methods and routines within the H&M group
? Develop & publish guidelines to facilitate implementation of standards and requirements
? Align documents and templates
? Develop training material and hold training in specific areas
? Run training within their specific field for concerned colleagues upon request
? Take part in quality improvement activities
? Evaluate current and future needs of standards and requirements in relation to regulations, customers’ and the Global Product Quality Manager′s feedback
任职资格:
Education & Experience requirements
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
? Good knowledge of office programs and illustrator
? Education in textiles or related products
? Experience working with quality methods
