1.中专以上学历，相关工作经验三年以上；

2.确保移印机器正常运作，并处于最佳状态；

3.熟悉掌握生产中印刷所用物品的名称和型号以及安全问题；

4.检查作业人员每天的工作，积极帮组作业人员在生产中遇到的问题能及时解决；

5.熟悉机器性能；熟练调试机器和调换夹具；

6.维护保养机器、以及钢板、夹具；

7.保持工作区域环境整洁；

8.吃苦耐劳，适应翻班、服从上级指派的其他工作任务。
