Responsibilities:

职责：

1) lead a garment sourcing, development and order tracking project

负责服装采购，开发和订单跟踪项目

2) utilize own extensive resource network of garment manufacturers, to appropriately source garment manufacture, continue developing and scout for new suppliers and maintain good relationships

利用自身广泛的服装生产商资源网络，提供合适的服装制造商，继续开发和考察供应商，并维持良好的关系。

3) Manage timing of orders and all processes to maintain appropriate delivery timing

管理订单的时间和所有过程以保持适当的交货时间

4) Manage processes and tasks including but not limited to: product development, product analysis, negotiation, delivery, timing, cost, raw material, process monitoring, payment follow-up, sampling, testing, quality reports, accessories and trims, preparing paperwork, shipping instructions and timing of order

管理流程，任务包括但不限于：产品开发，产品分析，谈判，交付，时间，成本，原材料，过程监控，后续付款，取样，测试，质量报告，配件和辅料，制备文书，装运指示和订单时效。

5) Negotiate garment costs, material costs, work and additional costs and understand garment costs as well as manage costs within garment budget

洽谈服装成本，材料成本，运作和额外的成本，了解服装成本以及管理成本在内的服装预算

6) Ensure quality and product safety targets are met or exceeded

确保质量和产品安全指标符合还是超标

Abilities Required:

能力要求：

1) Greater than five years of similar experience with demonstrated increase in responsibilities and position. Must have held previous jobs for more than 2 years.

5年以上相似工作经验，相同工作岗位必须有2年以上。

2) Interest and experience working in entrepreneurial and changing work-environment

感兴趣于并经历过创业和不断变化的工作环境

3) very good negotiation skills and understanding of the Chinese garment industry market and economics

4) service minded, calm, cool under pressure and able to make independent decisions

5) experience with garment import/export and overseas business, including foreign companies

6) Self-starter, organized, attention to detail, deadline oriented, hands-on.

7) Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

8) Worked with ERP system in the past

9) Must have excellent work habits, including a willingness to work the hours necessary to get the job done, especially when important deadlines cause greater than normal departmental pressure

9) University degree in applicable/related field

10) Knowledge of fashion industry, supply base, China import/export, garment construction, technical characteristics and garment quality.

11) MS Office experience required including extensive Excel knowledge.

12)Have the experience of computer design programs as corel draw,illustrator,photoshop,etc.

13) Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Chinese.
