工作职责：

1、熟悉针织面料的生产工艺、特性及面料容易出现的问题；

2、根据公司面料订单合理安排跟单；

3、有效控制面料生产的交期和质量，检查面料生产的半成品和成品的交期和品质情况；

4、检验中发现的质量问题，及时出具书写检验报告，督促工厂的相应生产环节予以改进；

5、在工厂查货时要及时发现问题和解决问题，并用书面的形式汇报给上级主管，如遇无法解决的问题须抽取必要的样品给公司判断解决方案；

6、对检验过程中发现的重大问题要能提出整改方案，得到公司确认的解决方案后需督促工厂落实到位；

任职资格：

1、大专及以上学历，纺织工艺、染整工艺等相关专业；

2、熟悉各种针、梭织面料的生产工艺流程、品质要求及检验标准和检验流程；

3、 三年以上在面料贸易公司或面料工厂从事面料跟单或生产管理工作经验优先；

4、有较强的团队协作意识，较强的沟通能力和抗压能力。
