岗位职责:
1.确保过程稳定,减少偏差的过程验证和error-proof使用,尤其是对高的RPN每个失效过程,一些特殊焊接等过程
2.收集、记录和分析所有质量差距的结果(偏离项目,客户和内部投诉,…),月度审核产品质量性能,对前五进行CI降低质量成本。
3.负责控制在24 h(D3)的任何内部投诉和执行CAPA与验证有效性的过程。
4.与QE、PE等团队一起审核并批准所有流程。
5.支持所有客户、第三方审计,根据计划,提交内部CI报告量化宽松政策
6.确保各级员工通过分层的流程审核，内部质量意识和工作程序培训来保证和尊重质量体系规则。
7.培训合格的操作人员
 
任职要求
1.教育文凭：
本科或以上学历,机械、材料或工程专业

2.工作经验：
至少5年PQE或 PE工作经验
有工艺工程师和过程质量工程师工作经验,熟悉质量，如PPAP,SPC,APQP,SPC,Error-proof
冲压和成型工艺工程师经验者优先

Responsibility:
1. Ensure the process stable and reduce the deviation by process validation and error-proof using , especially for the high RPN process per PFMEA and some specially process such as welding
2. Gather, record and analyze all GAP quality results (non-conformities, customer and internal complaint, scraps…),
Monthly review production quality performance and conduct CI for the TOP 5 to reduce the quality cost
3. Responsible of the containment within 24h (D3) for any internal complaint and implement CAPA to process together with verifying the effectiveness
4. Review and approval all process WI together with function team including QE and PE etc.
5. Support all customer, third party Audit , according the schedule, submit internal CI report to QE
6. Ensure all levels employee should Guarantee and respect the Quality system rules by conducting Layered Process Audits and internal quality senses and work procedure training.
7. Qualify operators by training conducted.

Job Requirement
1.Education Diploma:
Bachelor degree or above, Major in mechanical, materials or engineering
2.Work Experience:
At least 5 years working experience in PQE and/or PE
Have the experience in the process quality engineer and process engineer, familiar with quality too such as PPAP, SPC, APQP, SPC, Error-proof
With the stamping and molding process engineer experience will be plus
