职位要求

1.大专以上学历，纺织或外贸相关专业，有3-5年以上纺织公司工作经验。

2. 责任心强，工作积极主动，能吃苦耐劳，有良好的团队合作精神，敬业精神和人际沟通能力，能承受一定的工作压力。

3. 熟悉梭织面料和针织面料的生产工艺、特性及面料容易出现的问题，对原料、纺纱、织布、染整一系列流程潜在的问题很熟悉。

4. 能够独立完成对公司订单从生产到成品整个过程的管控。

5. 对大货面料的颜色、门幅、克重、手感、弹力、布疵等做客观的分析判断，确保产品质量符合要求，了解每个订单的质量要求及生产进度。

6. 及时跟进面料订单的生产，了解面料在生产中出现的品质问题

7. 具有良好的沟通谈判能力，能够与面料生产厂积极沟通，找出解决问题的方法，督促生产厂积极配合改正。

8. 具有良好的预判能力，能够时刻意识到订单在操作过程中潜在的风险，及时跟客人有效沟通大货生产进度以及合理安排货物运输，从而降低公司的损失。

9. 有能力去发开下一季的流行样品， 寄给客人挑选并跟踪后续事宜。

Job description

1. 5-7years experience in textile company.

2. Fluent and daily communication with buyers and suppliers.

3. strong owner ship, hard work, team work.

4. strong knowledge in both knit and woven fabric, understand production process, understand production cost, understand

potential quality issue.

5. Watch closely the order process from sourcing to shipment.

6. Able to analysis fabric color, width, weight, handfeel, stretch recover, defects, to ensure fabric meet buyer requirement,

understand quality stand of each order, able to follow buyer requirement to push mill produce quality goods.

7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to negotiate with mill, find solutions, correct issues.

8. Able to foresee any problems, able to realize any risks in each order, able to negotiate with buyer to resolve issue, arrange

shipment on time.

9. Able to follow fashion trendy to develop new fabric, promote to buyer and follow up.
