1.Work in TTM project team, responsible for motor/drives solutions for new power tool products, requirements.

2. Define the specification and drawings of motor and motor compenents and accessary.

3. Support motor purchase, define the spec and the inspection requirement(OD drawing and performance curve, run-in condition, incoming inspection requirement/method..etc.. )

4. Define motor related mechnical & electronic parts' drawing&Spec, support purchase process for manufacuring and quality ensure.

5. Motor DFMEA and verification/validation test plan/method…

6. Support motor assemble process including tool production line. Participate in PFMEA and other processes. Support with quality issues trouble shooting during implementation phase.

7. To work on other duties and projects on which the incumbent is assigned by the direct superior.

  

Requirements:

1. University graduate (bachelor degree of electrical engineering or comparable) and with 5+ years experience on electrical drives in a relevant industrial environment(e.g. motor manufacturer, power/garden tools, white goods, automotive suppliers…).

2. In depth understanding PLUS experience (electrical/mechanical) of relevant motor and components design and their integration.

3. Capability to work with a 3D CAD software for 3D modeling and 2D drawings.

4. Experience on motor proto-sample built up and the drive/component validation testing.

5. Familiar with motor component and its manufacturing method: stamping / over–mold / machining / casting / sintering parts / magnets.

6. Experience on production and assembly processes of drives.

7. Good knowledge of general motor tests: performance test / temperature rising test / hipot test; capable to build up the test and necessary equipment & fixture & bench.
