一、职位目标：
1、负责公司总账、各种财务报表、合并报表，组织内外部审计；规范和制定并检查财务账务处理制度与流程等；

二、岗位职责：
1.、组织、协调财务核算工作顺利开展；
2、审核会计核算的准确、及时；
3、各类报表编制；
4、对财务数据进行基本分析。

三、职务要素：
1、知识结构
（1）学历：本科；
（2）专业：财务会计专业、中级会计师资格；
（3）语言要求：一般的英语口语和较好的英语书面表达能力；
（4）工作年限：五年以上会计工作经验，管理岗位二年以上工作经验；
（5）性格沉稳、内外向兼有，有良好的沟通能力；
（6）良好的职业道德、敬业精神、组织协调能力、团队合作精神。

（1）沟通能力：为顺利开展财务工作所应具备的良好沟通能力；
（2）协调能力：为保证工作正常进行和团队建设所需的相应组织能力；
（3）组织能力：为开展工作、完成会议、团队活动所需的相应组织能力；
（4）解决问题能力：有及时完成领导交付的各项工作并能够处理突发事件的较强能力。
