职位描述
Areas of Responsibility
Check documents&technical drawings for proper formatting and good engineering practices, rules and standards.
File hard copies and electrical files of quality management system documents in a clear and organized manner.
Files management including controlled document change, release, call back and storage.
Maintain the Device Master Record, Design History File, coordinating document updates and changes with suppliers and customers if applicable.
Maintain and update the external document.
Collect the lasted domestic&international laws, regulations and policies.
Review and keep files of products batch records; Collect and keep files of technical data.
Assist the team to inspect the products according to the product standards.
Qualifications Required for Position
Bachelors Degree in a scientific or technical discipline.
A strong computer skill in office software, the skill in graphic drawing Auto CAD is a plus.
One to two years in a similar document control position in ISO and GMP certified company. The relevant quality system internal auditor certification (ISO 9001/ISO13485) is preferred.
Working experiences in medical devices industry is a plus.
Strong English skills in reading and writing is a must.
Good personal interpretation and negotiation skills.
