薪酬福利：

底薪+业绩提成+团队奖金+月度特别奖

1、根据候选人居住地址就近分配校区，做五休二

2、带薪培训，年度考核绩效享受高额的年度奖金

工作职责：

1、每月完成既定销售指标，无需外访客户，公司将提供一定的客户到访

2、引导客户做有关英语方面的咨询，向家长介绍及销售本校课程

3、根据公司提供的潜在客户名单，预约有意向的客户参加免费的课程咨询活动

4、根据家长的需求为少儿设计课程及学习计划

5、保持与客户的良好沟通与联系，对潜在的客户进行后续的电话追踪

6、配合市场工作，参与商场推广活动和客户介绍课程内容

职位要求：

1、大专以及上学历，有销售工作经验优先

2、普通话标准，吐字清晰，较强的沟通能力和应变能力，能够始终保持专业的形象

3、热衷销售工作，愿意挑战高薪

4、个性主动，思路敏捷，沟通能力强

5、抗压能力强，积极进取，能在压力环境下有效地完成任务

6、有儿童英语教育中心或相关教育机构工作经验者优先考虑

I Shine English originates from Taiwan and has been operated on mainland China for a few years now. I-Shine’s achievements have been covered by several leading international Media, such as “Business Weekly”.
