？ - Following the instructions and arrangements of AT Leader

？ - comply with AT management rules (SOPs)

？ - organize and maintain AT SOPs, including but not limited to review existing SOPs regularly to set up the audit plan and sort the audit results for reference, and based on the latest situation give advices to AT Leader of establishing new SOPs to meet the new requirements and prepare the draft SOPs for discussion

？ - give trainings or updates on AT SOPs to new employee and AT members

？ - provide monthly report on CRM KPI of AT members to AT Leader

？ - organize and maintain AT WIs, co-operation with colleagues at Zestron Europe to establish all necessary WIs for AT daily work, and if the new WIs needed give advices to AT Leader for the preparation

？ - provide monthly report on AT actual budget to AT Leader with the assistance from Admin

？ - summarize monthly reports from AT members and provide the draft AT report to AT Leader for discussion

？ - analyse and provide necessary data following the instructions of AT Leader based on monthly reports

？ - prepared to be the backup person of AT technician Shanghai, such as follow up testing operation procedures, machine maintenance, lab housekeeping, test preparations, provide analytical testing support to application engineers, conduct tests of products and parts in ZestronTechcenter, lab instrument operation and daily maintenance
