Your Responsibilities:
1.Take ownership to deliver first time right and on time product within committed budget.

2.Anticipate challenges, perform risk analysis and mitigation planning.

3.Ability to challenge and motivate the team to deliver, with good insight into technical and non-technical aspects of product.

4.Co-ordinate between product management, architects and resource management.

5.Innovative effort estimation capabilities in order to achieve realistic and challenging schedule.

6.Ability to work with Program Management & Competency Management in identifying current and future competency needs to deliver roadmap products.

7.Effective communication, managing expectation and meeting commitments to delight customers

8.Challenge himself and others to contribute for business success by delivering roadmap products with optimal budget and schedules

9.To keep abreast of technical & organizational developments in own professional field.

10.To plan business logistics required to meet the objectives and take responsibility for process deployment

Your Profile:
1.Hands on experience in project management for an end to end product development, PMP certification is preferable

2.Professional Project Management skills like Microsoft Project planning, scheduling, tracking, risk analysis, reviewing to deliver best in class products.

3.Very good knowledge of hardware dominated product development, experience in managing projects with firmware will be added advantage.

4.Good overview of product development lifecycle in order to deliver end to end product with scope from system architecture to industrialization.
