- Products road map development and update

- Price strategy and price list update

- Sales tools development and update

- Sales and distributor training

- To develop, track, update the machine standard technical specifications and documents

- Marketing communications

- Collect /sort machine quality issues backing to engineering/manufacturing

- To support Engineering on machine performance testing/enhancement /customerized options
