Job Title : Industrial Engineer-Wire Harness

Department : Wire harness Dept.

Reports To : Wire Harness Business Director

MAJOR FUNCTIONS / 岗位职责

• Responsibility to plan utilization of existing facilities, equipment, materials, and personnel to improve efficiency and quality of operations
• Manage new production facility projects in line with Project Management and Sales Department targets on defined customer projects
• Establish work measurement programs and analyze work samples to develop standards of work.
• Determine and analyze work force utilization, facility layout, and operational data, such as production costs, work instructions, process flow charts, and production schedules, to determine efficient utilization of workers and equipment
• Establish fixture drawing and process document.
• Recommend methods for improving worker efficiency and reducing waste of materials and utilities, such as restructuring job duties, reorganizing work flow, relocating work stations and equipment, and purchase of equipment
• Experience of making prototype and carry out non-standard work.
• Responsible for operator training during NPI.
• PFMEA skill usage
• Able to work with minimum instruction.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Kaizen techniques, lead CI in operation.
• Work independently, solving the problem in urgent issue.
• Strong communication and coordination skills. Able to work under pressure.
• Honest and sense of responsibility, good team work sprit.
• Skilled in software like Auto CAD, Excel/ PowerPoint, experience with CHS in plus
