Position: Technical Support Engineer (Application)

Location: SH

Position Responsibilities:

As an Application Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for ALE application solution deploying, on-site maintaining and development support for direct customers, business partners and system integrator, as CHINA Technical Sales and Services team member, enhance customer satisfaction. Internally you will provide support to sale team.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

？ Bachelor or above in Telecom./CS/EE

？ Experience in Web service, API and HTML5

？ Experience in test and coding(C/C++, Java, PHP or Python)

？ Rich knowledge on IP routing, Ethernet Switch, SNMP and AI (Artificial Intelligence)

？ Experience in application development based on WeChat

Must have:

？ Software Development

？ Requirement Analysis

？ Test cases design and execution

？ Documents generation, e.g. test cases, user manual.

？ Technical support and trouble shooting.

？ Excellent oral and written English

Nice to have:

？ Project Management skill

？ Strong communication skills and Result-Oriented.

？ Highly self-motivated; good problem-solving skills

？ Ability to train and disseminate technical and product solution.
