- 具备大型家用/小型商用空调系统设计领域的知识和经验
- 熟悉新产品开发流程，最好了解NPI。
- 能够独立分析/解决系统缺陷/故障。（DFMEA）
- 与电气和机械工程师沟通协作，共同开发/改进家用或轻型商用HVAC系统。
- 监管或领导验证工作，确保设计的完善性和良好执行。
- 领导团队成员根据相应零件和成品的产业标准进行替代零件的验证和测试。
- 指定控制逻辑和测试计划。
- 对原型整机和零件进行测试和调整，使其符合质量要求。
- 确保进行正确的分析，确保所有新零件或重新设计的零件均符合质量要求。
- 提供必要的文件，支持产品革新流程。
- 提供技术数据，以便制作产品说明书和工程技术规格。
- 对竞争对手的技术资料进行持续分析。
职位要求
- 学历：HVAC领域的硕士或本科学位，具备热力学、热转换和制冷领域的知识。
- 工作经验：
· 5年以上家用/轻型商用HVAC系统设计经验
· 具有欧美公司工作经验者优先考虑
· 具有工厂工作经验者优先考虑
· 熟悉6 Sigma系统者优先考虑
- 计算机水平：擅长运用电脑和办公软件
- 外语：英语听说读写流利(工作语言为英语)
- 人际沟通：
· 较强的沟通能力
· 能够在日常工作中与总工程师、设计师及实验室技术人员通力协作
· 协助采购部门与供应商联系沟通
· 能够在日常工作中与总工程师、设计师及实验室技术人员通力协作

Job Responsibilities
1. Coordination of a team of Electrical and Mechanical engineers for the development/improvement of residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
2. Oversee or lead verification and validation tasks to ensure proper design integrity and execution.
3. Lead the evaluation and testing of alternative components to appropriate industry standards for components and finished goods.
4. Develop control logic and test plan.
5. Test and qualify part and prototypes of the overall unit.
6. Ensure proper analysis is executed to ensure quality of all new/redesigned components.
7. Provide necessary documentation to support product change process.
8. Provide technical data for catalogues and engineering specifications.
9. Continue analysis of competitors’ data.
Job Requirements
Education: BS or Master degree in HVAC with emphasis in Thermodynamics, Heat Transfer and Refrigeration.
Experience:
1. 5+ years experience of residential and light commercial HVAC system design
2. US or European company working experience is a plus.
3. Factory working experience is a plus
4. Six sigma knowledge is a plus.
5. Familiar with new product development process, NPI knowledge is a plus.
6. Capable to analyze/solve system defect/failure independently. (DFMEA)
7. Computer Skills: Good PC skill
Language: English written, spoken and reading mandatory
Personal Skills:
1. Strong communication skills.
2. Be able to work in a team with the chief engineer, designers and lab technicians on a daily basis.
3. Be able to work closely with the sourcing team and the suppliers.
