岗位职责：
1、负责公司大数据平台产品的设计与开发，解决大量数据面临的挑战；
2、基于CDH的hadoop、hive、spark、kafka等集群进行维护；
3、保证在线服务高效、稳定运行，支撑业务和数据的快速扩张；
4、深入理解大数据平台架构，发现并解决重大故障及性能瓶颈，打造一流的大数据平台；

5、为售前和产品提供大数据分析和服务相关的技术支撑和方案；

岗位要求：
1、本科及以上计算机软件或相关专业；
2、有三年以上大数据系统使用和开发经验，包括但不限于Hadoop/Spark/Hive/Hbase等；
3、喜欢钻研，热爱大数据技术，跟踪技术发展方向，乐于尝试大数据技术和框架，比如Druid, Kylin, Drill, ClickHouse等；
4、理解在不同应用场景下各种大数据系统的利弊，根据自身的业务场景选型；

5、熟悉PHP/Java，对相关领域有深入的理解的优先；

6、具备良好的团队协作、沟通能力和责任心；
