Summary: This position's main duty is daily user support (on-site/remote) for our business systems, especially our ERP platform, MFG/PRO. This includes Issue resolving, preparing training document/work instruction for systems, as well as provide training to users, help site to improve their business processes, and able to travel to implement project as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide daily technical/business support (on site or remote) to end users of our ERP platform, and other business applications as well.
• Act as a liaison between systems software development staff, global business system team and system end-users to determine requirements and obtain sign-off.
• Evaluate system specifications against business requirements.
• Establish systems specifications and objectives, based on business requirements and cost effectiveness, and provide recommendations to management personnel.
• Work with global business team to coordinate the implementation of system software.
• Deliver training and guidance to junior Business Systems Analysts.

REQUIREMENTS

• Rich experience/knowledge of using MFG/PRO production with difference QAD version.
• Requires at least 6 years of work experience in a Middle-size multi-international manufacturing company.
• VBA programming experience in Access and / or Excel, Intermediate skill level or above.
• English is a working language.
• Strong knowledge/business concepts of manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Maintain strong attention to detail in difference business

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science and/or related fields
• A minimum of 6 years’ experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
