PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:

This position will work with the Operations department to support the effective planning and scheduling of resources including materials, manpower, equipment and suppliers to ensure the on time delivery of products to our customers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

® Review production WIP reports / i***entory trackers daily, heavy email communication, and cross functional updates to multiple teams & departments.

® Update and maintain reports, performance reports and KPI’s

® Maintain data integrity of all spreadsheets.

® Troubleshoot and resolve data integrity issues, & problems when they occur

® Participate in the development of systems to support raw materials and Production operations.

® Will need to travel to factory sites and assist in production validation & raw material cycle counting and perform stock reviews.

® Develop process and work instructions for daily activities

® Other duties as assigned as related to continuous improvement of Production operations processes.

SPECIFICATIONS FOR THIS POSITION:

® Excellent computer skills; proficient in Microsoft excel, Word and PowerPoint applications

® Experience with manufacturing planning and scheduling

® Strong Data / Analysis, Heavy Excel Spreadsheet capabilities, Macros, Pivot Tables,

® MRP / ERP system knowledge preferred, but not required.

® Strong proven problem – solving skills and the ability to identify, analyze and resolve problems and drive solutions through to completion

® Ability to work in a fast pace and rigorous work e***ironment

® Bachelor’s Degree or above with 2-3 years of Production planning and scheduling experience
