Responsibilities:

？ Provide design leadership in developing high quality and unique resorts for naked Retreats

？ Ensure the projects are designed and executed properly

？ Ensure proper tracking of deliverables to create project status transparency.

？ Track and implement project improvement plans to drive team quality, efficiency or effectiveness.

？ Manage a design team and ensure the team has clear objectives that support the naked Retreats objectives.

Requirements：

？ Over 15 years’ experience in master planning architectural design

？ Experience in resort design is a must

？ Be creative and innovate

？ Be able to lead team, champion great design and act as a role model

？ Excellent project management skills

？ Excellent communication skills

？ Experience of top leadership in at least 5 large scale projects over the past five years

？ Experience of working in China and knowledge of Chinese language is a plus
