Responsibilities:
Prepare tender document & lead tender process;
Prepare cost estimation；
Prepare and review contract document
Other duties as instructed by the management

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in relevant discipline
Minimum 8 years working experience in construction industry
Experience with foreign investment project
Strong capabilities in budget preparation
Excellent decision making and problem resolution skills required
Good English for writing and speaking
Good command at computer literate
