岗位描述：

1、帮助客户管理IT环境；

2、根据工作的内容，提交相关的记录和报表；

3、良好的英语沟通的能力；

4、解决客户IT环境运行中的故障;

职位要求：

1、有二年以上的IT管理维护经验；

2、普通话标准；

3、能吃苦耐劳，需要及时响应客户的需求，有极强的时间观念；

4、熟知windows各个版本系统的设置和排错；

5、熟知邮件的设置和排错、电脑硬件的排错；

6、有组建局域网的经验，至少独立组建过二次，熟悉配线架、跳线、水晶头的连接；

7、有良好的英语沟通的能力，标准的普通话水平，良好的个人仪表；
