Assistant to GM office

Handle other highly confidential and non-routine information

Responsible for the planning & coordination of meeting and agenda, travel schedules, internal & external visitors within a very dynamic and ever-changing environment;

Prepare presentations, reports, spreadsheets, meeting minutes and other business information;

Play an active role in the effective communication and serve as a liaison between management and departments;

Providing general secretarial support including telephoning, scheduling, biz trip arrangements, filing, mailing for CEO;

Process expenses reimbursement for CEO/CFO&COO.

Company related stamp management

Compliance officer

Responsible for monitoring on regulatory activities and practices to ensure all is within the company policies and guidelines (group level and company level), report any potential risks to the management

An interface to group compliance officer. Be responsible to distribute group compliance related information in the organization

Conduct training to employees for any compliance related policies and guidelines

Others

As interface for day-to-day legal related functions. Assistant to handle any proceedings, disputes, claims including employment, social law and business related issues, with supports of management and 3rd party lawyer service.

With 3rd party supports to prepare, submit and check all credit reports, reference reports for potential customers, business partners and suppliers ;

First check on terms and conditions of all contracts, report any inconsistencies to the company standard and policies, give comments and modification proposals

Assist and coordinate internal audit, be contact person in the company for all internal audit related functions.

Education Bachelor degree or above, major in Economic or Legal or Business administration ;

3 years or more experience in commercial/legal/compliance management related positions, working experience in multinational company preferable ;

Understands operations and business;

Excellent English in both verbal and written communication

Well verse in computer knowledge such as Microsoft Office (Words, Excel and Power Point)
