岗位职责：
1、 处理各项目公司（“公司”）及对外的法律事务，对公司的各项业务提供法律风险评估并提出相应的解决方案。
2、 起草、审核、修订公司对外各类协议与合同，以确保符合法规要求，降低和避免经营中的风险。必要时，参与业务谈判，为公司业务部门提供法律支持。
3、 审核公司内部法律文件以及公司规章制度，为公司内部各个部门提供必要的法律支持。必要时，组织或者协助组织公司内部法律培训。
4、 代表公司处理各类纠纷，维护公司合法权益。
5、 协助公司顾问以及外部律师处理各种法律事务。
6、能够独立完成上级领导交待的其他事务。
Job Description
1. Responsible for handling the legal matters of all Project companies(“Company”), providing the legal risk evaluation on all kinds of business of Company and completing the legal risk prevention.
2. Responsible for drafting, reviewing and modifying all kinds of contracts or agreements to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and mitigate and avoid operation potential risk. When necessary, participate in business negotiations and provide legal support to the Company’s business department.
3. Responsible for auditing the Company’s internal legal documents and rules and regulations for providing legal support to other departments of Company. When necessary, organize or assist in organizing internal legal training.
4. Settle all kinds of disputes on behalf of the Company to protect the lawful rights of Company.
5. Work closely with outside consultants and lawyers in handling all kinds of legal matters.
6. Able to accomplish other matters dispatched by the legal head or other person with higher authority independently
任职资格：
1、 全日制法学相关专业大学本科及以上学历；英语熟练；
2、 3年及以上法律相关工作经验，2年以上企业法务工作经验者优先；
3、 熟悉公司法、合同法、劳动法以及外商直接投资领域相关法律，具有一定的争议解决能力，处理过诉讼和仲裁案件者优先；
4、 具有良好的职业道德和素养，责任心强、工作认真，有较强的人际沟通与协调能力；
5、 持有司法职业资格证书者优先考虑。
Requirements:
1. Graduated from a law school with Bachelor’s degree or above. Very good English skills, both oral/writing.
2. At least 3 years working experience in law fields in China as an in-house counsel or lawyer in a law firm. Above 2 years legal working experience with or for international companies is preferred.
3. Experienced in corporate, commercial or contractual, employment or FDI law fields. Capable of settling disputes, and experience in litigation or arbitration is preferred.
4. Have good professional morality and ability, highly-responsible, hard-working and strong communication and coordination ability.
5. Having the judicial professional certificate is preferred.
