工作职责：
Key Accountabilities:
1. 招聘渠道管理，人才库更新
Maintain the current recruiting channel and updating the talent pool
2. 负责实习生招聘（筛选有效简历、电话面试、面试安排，跟进面试结果）
Be responsible for intern’s recruiting (including screen the CV, interview arrangement and result tracking)
3. 协助完成员工入职和离职手续办理
Assist to complete employee’s on-board and check-out process
4. 员工数据库更新维护
Update and maintain the employee data pool
5. 协助组织培训
Assist to company training arrangement
6. 主管安排的其他事宜
Other things arranged by supervisor

Admin Intern 工作职责：
Key Accountabilities:
1 协助公司组织开展各种会议和活动
Assist to organize the company meeting and activities

任职要求：
Personal Specifications:
1. 一周至少能够出席3天，5天更佳
One week should be attendant at least 3 days，5 days/week should be preferred
2. 在校生，本科或者研究生皆可
Undergraduate students ,Bachelor or Master degree
3. 实习津贴为100元/天
Intern fee is RMB100/day
4. 善与人沟通，做事仔细认真
Be carefully and good communication skill
