With the following responsibilities:

岗位职责：

 Make contact with new and existing suppliers to obtain price, quality and delivery time requirements.

 Negotiate with suppliers to obtain best possible quality and price specifications.

 Place relevant purchase orders, including establishing firm contracts where required.

 Expedite purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery.

 Work with quality supervisor to ensure received items are of acceptable quality.

 Liaison with purchase ledger department to ensure correct processing of invoices and any outstanding queries.

Qualifications:

要求：

 The candidate needs to be good at English (speaking and writing),ideally majored in Mechanical & Electronic Engineering.

英文听说读写流利，机械，电子工程专业毕业者优先

 At least 3 years working experience in the similar field

三年以上相关工作经验

 Experienced in ERP system

ERP系统应用经验。

 Familiar with import and export procedures

熟悉进口, 出口报关流程

 Hard working, strong sense of responsibilities.
