职位描述

业务开发工程师 – 汽车零部件


岗位职责

1. 遵循并执行公司的既定战略,负责辖区内汽车零部件行业的业务拓展与开发,驱动销售业绩增长,提高市场占有率,扩大公司品牌的影响力,完成公司的既定指标与要求。

2. 对目标客户进行深度维护与开发;了解、挖掘、创造客户的(潜在)需求;获取客户的投资计划(项目)与信息;推进目标产品线及方案的设计上图工作。

3. 支持区域销售团队在汽车零部件行业的客户开发与项目跟进,积累行业与客户资源,发展新目标客户,扩大有效客户群基数。

4. 关注行业动态与趋势(新能源汽车&智能汽车技术等),以及竞争对手动态与信息,寻求新业务机会。

5. 保证团队内部的充分的有效沟通,做好公司内部各个部门的协调与配合工作

6. 做好必要的工作文档归档与管理(客户蓝表、项目管理报告、应用案例、拜访报告等等),定期的向上级与公司管理层汇报与反馈。


任职要求

1. 3年以上电气、机械、及自动化领域内的销售经验或客户管理经验;有汽车行业、汽车零部件行业及相关行业工作背景或经验的优先考虑。

2. 全日制专科及以上学历,电气\自动化\机械专业背景。

3. 良好的业务导向意识与沟通能力。

4. 善于人际关系交际与处理,抗压能力强。

5. 基本的英语口语能力,良好的书面英语能力。

6. 适应差旅。


BD Engineer - Tier1


Responsibilities

1. Take the responsibility for Tier 1 industry business development in the assigned region. Follow company strategy, drive business growth up, promote market share, achieve business target.

2. Maintain and develop target customers deeply; acquire/explore/create (potential) requirement; pursue investment\projects information; promote “Spec-In“ work on target product lines & solution.

3. Support regional sales team to develop Tier 1 business, track on target accounts and projects; select and develop potential/new customers.

4. To pursue new opportunities by keeping attention on industry trends, special on EV and intelligent automotive section; and keeping attention on competitors’ information and market influence.

5. Ensure the fluent communication and teamwork with departments internally.

6. Manage document work (customers report, project tracking list, successful case study, etc.); summarize and analyze business data regularly for leadership team reference.

  

Profile of Candidate


1. 3 years sales or key account management experience in automation, mechanical, or simliar industrial fields. Any experience on automotive or Tier 1 will be Preferred.

2. Full-time college degree or above, major in Electric & automation.

3. Good sense on business orientation.

4. Good communication skill, interpersonal relationship handling ability and able to work under pressure.

5. Fluent in both written and oral English

6. Be adapt to business travels
