2.负责制作酒水单，酒水配方成本表及吧台订购单。

Responsible for creating the drink Menu and cost up the drink recipes and make the bar order list.

3.确保吧台标准和政策解释给员工并准确的实施
Ensure that bar standards and policies are explained to staff, and are correctly applied.

4.贯彻Bourbon Cookhouse餐厅的服务标准
Follow all Bourbon Cookhouse service standards

5.确保酒水菜品服务的流畅性
Insure the smoothness of the food and drink service.

6.检查并确保餐厅和吧台准备工作符合标准
Check restaurant and bar’s setup with standards at all time.

7. 确保酒水菜品和服务始终高标准
Make sure consistency is maintained in quality of service and drinks&food provided.

8.通过专业的良好的工作态度传达餐厅的正面形象
Convey a positive image of the restaurant through professionalism and good attitude.

9.对经理汇报相关事件
Relay information to management.

10.对新员工及现有餐厅员工设计培训课程
Design training programs for new staff and existing staff.

11.负责报告的准确性及库存的管理
Be accountable for the accuracy of reports and stock administration.

12.传达经理的决定，并确保决定得到落实

Relay management decisions and make sure they are applied.
