Job Description：
1、Record and manage the incoming and outgoing of goods in the system;

2、Making import and export related documents and issuing operation instructions;

3、Supervise and manage logistics service providers to carry out daily operation (booking, customs clearance, transportation, etc.) to ensure the smooth implementation of import and export operation;

4、Verification and handling of expenses；
5、Assist logistics manager to manage logistics and transportation activities according to the identified service level, performance target and cost .

Job Requirements：
1、Good command of English ( CET-6)

2、At least 3 year experience in import and export

3、Honest, has the good morals

4、Work conscientiously careful, can bear certain work pressure, has the good team to the cooperation spirit

5、English or logistics or foreign trade preferred; 6、Experience in ERP( JDE or SAP) system is preferred

岗位职责：

1. 在系统中录入货物的出入库情况；

2. 制作进出口相关单证，并发出操作指令；

3. 监督和管理物流供应商的日常操作(订舱、通关、运输等), 确保进出口业务顺利实施;

4. 核实和处理相关费用；

5. 根据所确定的服务水平、绩效目标以及成本，协助物流经理管理运输活动。

岗位要求：

1. 3年以上进出口工作经验；

2. 具备良好的英语能力（CET6）；

3. 工作认真负责，能承受一定的工作压力，有良好的团队合作意识；

4. 有对外贸易、物流经验的优先考虑；

5. 有ERP（JDE/SAP）经验的优先考虑
