RESPONSIBILITIES

职责

o Cost Optimization

o 成本优化

o Coordinate request for quotation with suppliers on new projects and specific orders

o 要求与供应商在新项目和具体订单上进行协调和询价。

o Analyze new products budget structure through BOM cost breakdown analysis with support of RnD team and define cost optimization target

o 通过BOM成本预算分解分析，分析新产品的预算结构，并支持RND团队，并确定成本优化目标

o Maintain purchasing pricelist based on quarterly update

o 维护按季度更新的采购价格表

o Maintain costing benchmark for strategic line of products

o 为战略系列的产品维护成本基准

○ Supplier Performance Improvement

○ 供应商的性能提升

o Collect quality and delivery KPI from ERP system and with support of quality and supply chain teams

o 从ERP系统中收集质量方面和交期方面的绩效，并支持质检和供应链部门

o Publish monthly report on supplier performance and improvement action plan to management

o 每月发布供应商业绩报告和改进行动计划

o Follow up action plan with supplier and internal departments

o 与供应商和内部部门跟进行动计划

o Supplier Research, Qualification and Benchmark

供应商研究、资质和基准

o Based on high potential product categories defined by marketing, analyses Chinese vendors offer

o 根据中国供应商提供的营销分析，确定具有高潜力值的产品类别

o Maintain catalogue of potential suppliers with company profile (including sales per category, key customers, main product ranges, R&D capacity, audit report)

o 维护潜在供应商的公司简介和目录（包括每个类别的销售情况、关键客户、主要产品系列、研发能力以及审计报告）

o Communicate on Chinese Vendors news to the entire organization (strategic moves, new product launches,…)

o 将有关中国供应商的新闻传递给整个团队（战略动向、新产品发布……）

REQUIREMENTS

要求

· Must Have :

· 必要条件：

o > 5 years’ work experience in Purchasing, Sourcing or Supply Chain Management

o 5年采购或者供应链管理

o Significant experience in buying LED lighting products

o 有丰富的采购LED照明产品经验

o Bachelor Degree

o 学士学位

o Excellent Negotiation Skills

o 优秀的谈判技巧

o Good understanding of product cost drivers

o 能够很好的了解产品价格组成

o Ability to work independently

o 能够独立工作

o Fluent English

o 英语流利
