PRIMARY PURPOSE:

A valued leader on our Global Procurement Compliance team focused on driving Supplier Social Responsibility compliance through working collaboratively with internal and external contacts. This person is part of a global team servicing both Molex Procurement organization and suppliers, which requires business etiquette and high standard of compliance and integrity.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Develop and train Supplier Social Responsibility team members and apply the Koch MBM culture overall.

2. Drive excellent communication, coordination, documentation, organization, and follow-ups with both internal and external contacts to meet the annual RBA/EICC membership compliance requirements for Molex supply chain

3. Lead annual Global Supplier Social Responsibility risk assessment campaign and identify high risk Suppliers.

4. Participating in defining and developing the strategies which underpin Molex’s Social Responsibility objectives on supply chain

5. Lead the effort of addressing Social Responsibility related questions from Molex Procurement teams and/or suppliers

6. Lead the Global Supplier Social Responsibility compliance audits (both RBA/EICC audits and Molex internal audits). Lead the efforts of communicating supplier audit findings and driving remediation

7. Develop and deliver Social Responsibility training to Molex Procurement teams and suppliers to improve the awareness

8. Assist on onboarding new suppliers through reviewing and assessing the suppliers’ Social Responsibility Risk Assessment Questionnaires

9. Perform other tasks and projects as assigned within the Procurement Compliance & Services team

SCOPE:

The job holder must be able to work independently and as part of a team on the Supplier Social Responsibility compliance effort. The role requires developing a strong understanding of Responsible Sourcing, RBA membership compliance requirements for supply chain, Molex’s organizational structure and key contacts. To be effective, the individual must utilize a balanced blend of high level business and technical knowledge and effective communications in both business and technical environments.

EDUCATION:

REQUIRED:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in related field

REFERRED:

1. Certified RBA VAP Auditor is preferred

WORK EXPERIENCE:

REQUIRED: ·

1. 5+ years of experience in Social Responsibility compliance

2. Experience working on teams with business, suppliers, and 3rd party auditors

3. Experience working in a manufacturing company with businesses globally

4. Knowledge and experiences of RBA (Former EICC) Code of Conduct and Responsible Sourcing Initiatives

5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amount of information with attention to detail and accuracy

6. Experience in MS Office like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

PREFERRED: ·

1. Knowledge and experiences of EICC Code of Conduct and Responsible Sourcing Initiatives

2. Skills in performing CSR risk assessment over EH&S, Labor, and Ethics
