Job Description
A. Finance tasks Follow-up
- VAT recording and related tasks,
- Contract Printing, Signing by GM & Scanning Back,
- Collection Payments by sending email template and phone chasing.
- Retrieves and organizes monthly and yearly data into required reporting formats to provide a basis for comparison and evaluation.
B. Contract Management
- PO’s Printing, Signing by GM & Scanning Back,
- Checking all the business payment with detailed bills. Mainly for factories and fabric suppliers. Compared with contract and quotation, Confirm payment to admin officer to proceed payment.
C. IT & Systems
- Management of outsourcing IT company to ensure all Creastyle computers, networks, server, and systems.
REQUIREMENTS
？ Minimum 3 years working experience
？ Previous Admin financial experience and contract management skills is a plus
？ Spoken and written English is a must
？ Open to Chinese Nationals only
？ Good communication, team player, well organized, able to work independently under pressure.
