We are looking for passionate people to manage the relationship with key customers
The candidate will manage and develop existing relationships with major accounts in the APAC region, working to expand the product portfolio and grow revenue, whilst increasing client satisfaction level, as well as brand & product awareness.
This position is responsible for being the strategic conduit and central contact point between our key account holders and John Paul.
The development and execution of an end-to-end client management strategy and service will ensure the highest levels of stakeholder satisfaction is delivered.
In parallel to the above, the successful candidate will proactively engage and consult with all the relevant stakeholders to develop and drive increased account holder utilisation and retention through:
- Appropriate client solutions
- Program enhancement strategies
- Client loyalty programs
Working alongside marketing and digital teams to implement strategic projects and initiative on behalf of our clients, you will be the cornerstone of our program’s success.
This is a key position within the organization with challenging and promising development opportunities.
Client Relationship Management
- Act as a consultant in building relevant programs and solutions to benefit brand’s customer experience needs
- Maintain excellent relationships with brands/clients
- Master Client’s value proposition
- Propose additional solutions/services to drive added value on the brand’s customer experience
- Ensure each client benefits from the highest added value we can deliver
Internal coordination
- Translate client’s needs and objectives into internal documents
- Coordinate multiple teams within the company to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables
- Manage accounts receivables
Reports Preparation & presentation
- Deliver engaging and memorable face to face presentations
CANDIDATE PROFILE

- Experience thriving in a rapidly changing environment, where innovation and creativity in generating ideas for quick response is crucial.
- Being a collaborative, engaging and team focused individual
- Excellent communication skills, and the ability to create and cultivate professional relationships with high-level customers
- Clear, concise, articulate, focused, persuasive and confident communication skills
