1. 与区域销售合作，对渠道绩效进行评估。通过增加渠道合作伙伴，和渠道评估，并渗透现有渠道，采取适当的行动，以改善我们的渠道组织并实现销售的增长。

2. 发展和维护与所有分销的渠道伙伴的管理，相互信任，尊重合作关系。

3. 领导组织在进行的宣传方案、策略，将推动市场份额增长

4. 与指定的渠道不断地确定和实施联合营销/销售机会。

5. 协调和管理跨职能团队（销售、市场、运营），以达到年度财务目标。

6. 完善和维护符合公司发展目标渠道管理政策。

7. 评估和建议的所有渠道以及未来发展方向，建立中国的渠道销售策略和制度，与销售团队沟通并付诸于行动。

8. 分析和推荐新的渠道合作伙伴，推动增长。

9. 规范和监督渠道伙伴用正确的方式赢得商机

10. 领导安排的其他工作。

任职资格：

1. 大专及以上学历，理工科机械类专业或相关专业专科以上学历。

2. 有5年以上相关行业内销售业务经验沟通能力强能独立开拓市场，3年以上渠道管理经验。

3. 性格外向、反应敏捷、表达能力强，敏感的市场开拓能力，善于人际关系的规划和处理技巧。

4. 职业操守好，没有任何不良职业记录。

5. 英语口语流利。

6. 具备Office软件使用能力基础的英语报告的书写和阅读能力。
