Job Purpose:
Support online wholesale manager to manage speedo e-commerce business from 13 related customers, across 5 platforms and 38 stores. And deliver brand online wholesale strategy & Tmall plan by closely tracking and engagement with all customers.
Working with online wholesale manager, digital team, and internal cross-functional teams to improve customers’ online stores business to help us achieve sales target and KPIs.
Four key areas of focus including:
1.Daily customer management support to HT JD distributor FGS store and Amazon FGS store- 20% of time
2.Sales administration- sales data collection & consolidation, order conversion & payment tracking support- 30% of time
3.Support Online Wholesale Manager to gain better insight and evaluation of store-level performance- 20% of time
4.Track marketing campaign & content execution and provide better understanding of online franchisee demand to content team/brand team- 30% of time
Areas of Accountability:
1.Customer management support
Cooperate with internal teams and customer to improve JD distributor Flagship business
Look after daily partner management of smaller customers/ platforms (e.g. Amazon and Neteast Kaola) on behalf of Sales Manager to accelerate sales growth
2.Sales administration
Collect monthly sales & store data from customers on time and check the accuracy of data to share with Sales Manager & Demand Planning team when appropriate
Assist Sales Manager to analyze sales data from customers and evaluate sales performance by store, customer and platform
Assist Sales Manager to get order call-off plan from customer. Assist finance team to speak to customer to get their payment plan and facilitate payment when payment issues arise
Work with demand planning team & customers to reallocate stock between channels when necessary
Prepare new & renewal store authorization letter and apply for internal approval and send chopped hard/soft copies to customers
- Support sales team to develop clearance channel, eg. VIP.
3.Store-level performance evaluation
Support manager to gain insight and evaluate the individual store performance to optimize sales performance and drive wholesale excellence
Create effective system on managing smaller accounts & stores
- Provide sell-in advice to different types of stores based on sales performance & store positioning
4.Online retail marketing support and execution
Collect visuals, content & other assets from Content/Brand marketing team for easy sharing with online franchisees and coordinate with internal team to prepare shooting for online franchisee products
Share all assets with franchisees, track the execution of assets to ensure compliance with brand standards
Communicate with content team about key franchisees’ demand on specific campaign/promotion visual support and align with content team whether, when and what types of assets to support franchisees
- Evaluate the sales performance of key products after implementing central assets (10 products of 6 key franchisees in 2018 as a start) and support sales/content team to better evaluate franchisee page design capability and define future content strategy
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
Experience in operating T-mall & JD stores.
Experience and knowledge of China ecommerce & market places
Essential knowledge of T-mall analytical tools, i.e. QBT, 生意参谋, etc.
Can demonstrate good use of reports/analysis to plan actions and improvements
Good communication and excellent team player in an environment where excellent cross-functional working is expected
Time management, organisation and prioritisation of tasks
Motivated self-starter with ability to meet deadlines
Understands internet technologies and can use a wide range of software systems
- Fluent in Mandarin & English
