ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Manage cost activities independently including generation and maintenance of costed Bill of Materials, cost analysis and support price negotiation(especially in Plastic injection& Paper & Wood & Cut Sew category)

2. Accurately estimate the production and material costs with QA & Compliance

3. Analyze material cost trend on a monthly basis / Provide spot analysis on request

4. Participate in developing compelling material cost solutions/proposals

5. Prepare regular analytical reports including cost analysis, liabilities costing and value engineering

6. Support negotiation with suppliers & attend when required

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Education: University degree

2. Preferred Major: Chemical, mechanical, material

3. Experience: 5 years Cost engineer at factory, good knowledge on Cost of raw materials& manufacture process for wood, plastic, metal, fabric, glass, stationery, etc. hard goods;

4. Personality: responsible, careful, compression resistance, good communication skill, good at English reading & writing, good at excel & word.
