DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES职责与任务:

1. Direct the development and implementation of the annual sales and marketing plan.

2. Compile, implement and monitor action plan to ensure Revenue Plan objectives are achieved.

3. Manage the Monthly Sales Team Incentive Plan, including target and production achieved for submission to the GM and Finance Manager.

4. a). Analyze current and potential market/trends, coordinate all activities to maintain and increase revenue.

b). Liaise with GM & FOM on internet site inventory control by date and room type varying allocation and price(where applicable)to match forecasted demand/supply.

5. Conduct weekly review of sales personnel activity to ensure targets and sales objectives are being met.

6. Ensure training needs analysis of sales associates is carried out and training program are designed and implemented to meet needs.

QUALIFICATION任职资格:

1. Academic Qualification: Degree/Diploma in marketing preferred but not required.

2. At least 3- 4 years sales leader experience in the upscale hotel / service apartment industry, the best is to have similar position in city level.

3. English Level : Highly articulate in English language, both written and spoken.
