We are currently recruiting for a HR and Office Administrator.

Duties include:

上海国际象棋（SCA）是上海儿童及青少年的领头培训机构。

Office administration

办公室行政职责：

1. Handling incoming and outgoing mail deliveries

2. Maintaining and implementing both paper and electronic filing systems

3. Finding and purchasing goods online

4. Maintaining office supplies

5. Booking venues

6. Calendar updating and management

7. Communicating schedules with staff

8. External communication with partners

HR administration

人事行政职责：

1. Applying and renewing working visas for foreign staff
2. Recruitment of Chinese staff
3. New staff onboarding
4. Maintaining and updating all staff documents
5. Adding and removing employees to Social Insurance system
6. Adding and removing employees to House Funding system

Requirements:

• 2 years Administration experience
• 2 years HR experience
• Excellent English
• Excellent IT skills
• Chinese national
• Positive can do attitude
• Able to work independently
