MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责

List major areas of responsibilities and accountabilities of the position. Where appropriate, include quantifiable data.

• Take lead of TS 16949 set up and certification.

• Take lead to take quality certificate of customer, like FORD Q1, VW A class supplier, and so on.

• Coordinate internal and external system & process & product audits.

• Take lead of customer system and process audit

• Coordinate and monitor product/process change, quality alert for production.

• Implement, promote and assess effectiveness of plant-wide QMS including training for ongoing improvements.

• To train and promote employees quality requirement, awareness.

• Maintain the quality system and reporting.

• Conduct quality review on an on-going basis.

• Oversees the formulation of quality systems documentation including procedures and work instructions.

• Tracking major customer complains.

• Management review

• Customer special requirements

• Customer audit issues follow up and solving

• Quality report weekly and monthly

• LPA

• Training related quality awareness for new employee and line leader, including material set up

• Procedure making and expanding internally

• Internally expanding requirements of AP, like CMPA/PMA

Qualification要求

• Educational: Bachelor degree or above with major in Mechanical or engineering related.
• Experience: 5 years working experience in manufacturing plants, involved in quality-related activities such as SPC, PFMEA, 8D, Control Plan, Process Flow, audit.
• Good communication skills with workable English.
• Analytical problem solving.
• Familiar with Automotive related quality systems TS16949, APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, Customer special QMS requirements, such as Ford Q1/GM QSB/ VW Formal Q….

• Good planning, organizing, coordinating skill.
