Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the work of each module of human resources and good at more than two modules

1. Assisting the establishment, revision and supervision of various management rules and regulations of the company.
2. Set up a recruitment plan and implement it according to business needs.
3. Develop the annual training plan and continuously improve the staff's business level and the company management level
4. Establish,maintain and propagate enterprise culture
5. The management of labor contracts, evidence,archives,etc.
6. The establishment and maintenance of human resources information system
7. Responsible for the company's administrative and logistics work, making the budget of the office cost and controlling the execution

9. Other tasks arranged by the leadership

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, English as a working language, more than 5 years of human resource management experience
2. Have relevant work experience in high tech industry, and have priority in recruitment.
3. Have the spirit of enthusiasm and innovation, be able to bear the pressure of work,and be willing to grow together with the team.
