SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Daily return order coordination. Develops and sustains customer relationships through direct interaction, responsiveness and accountability. Maintains open communication with customers using appropriate tools as necessary.

• Insures compliance with all corporate and applicable regulatory SOP and cGMP guidelines.

• Participate in Customer related issue resolution of return order.

• Work with Customers to define study specific return order needs.

• Rectifying problems of return order and report finding back to the client.

• Other jobs assigned by supply chain coordinator

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Education: University graduate in Business Management, supply chain/logistics or related fields.

Experience: at least 1 years relevant work experiences gained in logistics operation including warehousing, distribution, transportation, inventory control, and project management. Experience in facility management and import/export in free trade zone will be an advantage.

Knowledge/Skills:

• Must possess and demonstrate strong motivational and leadership qualities.

• Possess and demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Possess excellent proactive problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Possess ability to create team-based environment.

• Possess extensive knowledge of MRP/ERP systems.

• Well organized, detail-oriented, possess ability to multi-task.

• Self-motivated, disciplined, focused, work well under pressure and be able to prioritize work.

• Prefer to have process knowledge of cGMP regulations and practices.

• Have a good command of written English, better to have good oral English.

• Fluent in Chinese.
