1. IT user request, incidents and problem management.

• Work with IT helpdesk to deliver productive end user services, as secondary level support.

• Responsible for VIP user request and support.

• Co-ordinate the activities for customers, vendors and internal functions in quick response to End-user and Infrastructure incidents and problems, resolving or escalating as needed.

Responsible for maintenance, application and implementation of corporate social media platforms including website and WeChat.

2. Corporate infrastructure system management

• Maintain all the infrastructure components and continuously improving the quality of services in network, telecom, servers, backup, storage and video conferencing etc.

• Manage and troubleshoot the enterprise data and voice networks: WAN/LAN/Wireless/Internet service daily operations with vendors.

• Manage Windows server hosts, Hyper-V virtual machines and backup software consisting of tape library and drive.

• Diagnose and solve problems, finding new ways to improve architecture and services.

3. Information security management

• To ensure proper information security for operating services.

• Configure and implement the IS security policy in accordance with existing guidelines.

• Evaluate the compliance and security of cloud computing services

• Improve user information security awareness and consciousnes

• Standardize IT support and operation process.

Develop and review operating procedures and guidelines on a regular basis

5. Others

• Provide communication and training to business users related to IT systems as required.

• Participation in project implementation and execution.
