Augmented Information:

We are a consulting company specialized in the areas of compliance investigation, business intelligence and corporate security. We are not an IT / data company, nor are we a traditional “management consulting” firm, in the most strict and narrow sense. Our day-to-day work requires a significant amount of desktop research and report writing. Language skills (i.e. English and Chinese reading and writing) are, therefore, important. The content of our work is related to law, commerce & finance, and occasionally international politics. It has very little or no connection with financial modelling, IT, or the “McKinsey-type” consulting. The experience and skills you learn from this job may lead to future roles in the wider consulting industry, risk management industry, corporate compliance and corporate security departments of large multinational companies.

Job Title: Associate Consultant (full-time)

Location: Shanghai

We are looking for someone who has the following skills and interests:

• Strong English writing skills
• Strong research and analytical skills in Chinese and English language materials
• Interested in business
• Interested in IR (international relation) and foreign cultures
• Happy to write
• Patient and self-reliant
• OK to deal with sometimes repetitive and boring assignments (but we feel that this work is important and it is an integral part of the international business eco-system)
• Happy to work in a small team and sometimes independently
• Prior relevant experience is useful, but not required
